BubbleCrumb Fettucine Alfredo Recipe!


There are lots of Alfredo recipes out there, but my recipe is quick, easy and the BEST! (I always double this recipe) Add chicken or shrimp for a heartier meal! (I added chicken)



To make this delicious Fettucine Alfredo Recipe, You will need the following ingredients:

3 tbls butter

8 oz (1 cup) heavy cream

1/4 tsp salt

Fresh grated nutmeg

1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup grated Romano cheese

1 egg yolk

Start by melting the butter in a med saucepan.

Slowly add cream and whisk until combined.


Using a microplane, grate some fresh nutmeg into the butter and cream.


add salt,


Parmesan cheese,

and Romano cheese. Stir frequently for about 3 minutes.


whisk in egg yolk (Be careful not to scramble)


Stir in about a tablespoon of parsley.

Add sauce to cooked pasta. Add chicken or shrimp if you like!

Spicy Shrimp Recipe

This is a very simple dish to make! It only takes about 20 minutes! For those of you watching waistlines, this dish is also very low in calories!

To make this shrimp recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

8 tbs water
4 tbs ketchup
2 tbs soy sauce
4 tsp corn starch
2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 tbs veg oil
1/2 cup green onions
6 garlic cloves (minced)
1-1/2 cups fresh broccoli
2 lbs shrimp tails removed

In a bowl combine water,


Ketchup,


Soy sauce,

Cornstarch,


Honey,

Crushed Red pepper,

and ginger.


Mix well and set aside.


Heat oil in a large skillet over med-high heat.

Stir in green onions and minced garlic.

(I love my Pampered Chef garlic press!) Cook for 30 seconds.


Add fresh broccoli and stir until well combined.


Toss in shrimp, cook till pink.


Stir in sauce and cook until thickened. Serve with rice.
