BubbleCrumb Fettucine Alfredo Recipe!

There are lots of Alfredo recipes out there, but my recipe is quick, easy and the BEST! (I always double this recipe) Add chicken or shrimp for a heartier meal! (I added chicken)

To make this delicious Fettucine Alfredo Recipe, You will need the following ingredients:

3 tbls butter

8 oz (1 cup) heavy cream

1/4 tsp salt

Fresh grated nutmeg

1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup grated Romano cheese

1 egg yolk

Start by melting the butter in a med saucepan.

Slowly add cream and whisk until combined.

Using a microplane, grate some fresh nutmeg into the butter and cream.

add salt,

Parmesan cheese,

and Romano cheese. Stir frequently for about 3 minutes.

whisk in egg yolk (Be careful not to scramble)

Stir in about a tablespoon of parsley.

Add sauce to cooked pasta. Add chicken or shrimp if you like!



Pasta Primavera Recipe!

This is a semi light and delicious recipe. It’s a yummy spicy pasta recipe that’s a favorite in my house! Try it with any vegetables or even add chicken or shrimp for a heartier version!

To make this pasta primavera recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

1 16 oz pkg of penne pasta

2 tbls olive oil

2 zucchinis diced

1 bell pepper (I use red)

2 carrots diced

3 onions diced

3 cloves garlic minced

2-3 tomatoes diced

1 cup chicken broth

1 tablespoon dried parsley

1/2 tsp dried basil

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup Gouda cheese

Start by filling a large pot with salted water. put on the stove and let it come to a rolling boil. Add pasta and cook till aldente. Drain and set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

add zucchini,

Bell pepper,





chicken broth,




and crushed red pepper,

and salt.

Add Gouda. Stir to combine ingredients and melt Gouda.

Toss in cooked pasta


Easy Halibut with capers "Costco" style!

This is any easy recipe made with things I already have stocked in my kitchen from Costco. It is a nice and simple fish recipe!

To make this Easy Halibut Recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil (I use Costco’s Kirkland brand!)

2 8oz Halibut steaks (Costco individually frozen)

1/2 cup white wine (Costco has great deals on wine, but not all carry wine because of state laws. Here in CA we are golden!!)

2 cloves garlic

1/4 cup butter (I always buy the Costco BUTTER sticks in the blue boxes! Cooking and baking, I go through them like crazy!)

salt and pepper to taste

3 tablespoons capers, with liquid (I keep a BIG jar of Star brand capers in my fridge. Where else would I find a BIG jar at a great price? Costco!)

Start by adding 1 tablespoon olive oil to a frying pan. Heat the oil over med-high heat.

Fry the steaks until nicely browned on both sides. Remove from pan and set aside.

Pour the wine into the hot pan and use a spatula to scrape any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Let the wine reduce a little.

Add 2 cloves crushed garlic. (picture obviously taken after wine consumption)

Add butter,

and capers with liquid. (Capers have a yummy flavor. It’s kinda a mix of lemon and pickle 🙂

Add halibut back to pan and coat with sauce. Cook until fish flakes easily. Do not overcook! Serve immediately.

I love to serve fish with Costco’s individually frozen ready to serve brown rice!


Crock Pot Corn Chowder!

Who doesn’t love Corn and Potatoes? They are as American as apple pie! Slow cook the two ingredients together with some milk, ham, onions and of course Campbell’s soup (another American staple) and you get a delicious Corn Chowder! Yum!

To make this satisfying corn chowder recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

4-5 small potatoes peeled and diced
2 1/2 cups milk
1 can creamed corn
1 3/4 cups frozen corn kernels
1 can cream of chicken and mushroom soup
1 large onion diced
3/4 cup diced ham (I just diced up some lunch meat)

2 Tbs dried parsley flakes
2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp black pepper
2 Tbs butter

In your slow cooker, add the potatoes,

2 1/2 cups milk,

can of creamed corn,

Can of cream of chicken and mushroom,

frozen corn,

diced onion,

diced ham,

2 tablespoons of parsley,

2 teaspoons salt,

3/4 teaspoon black pepper,

and tablespoons butter.

Stir to combine.

Cook for 6 hours on low.


BubbleCrumb Tuesday Night Taco Bake!

Easy and Delicious! Your family will love this quick and easy casserole. Put it together Monday night, and bake it Tuesday! Serve with Fritos, green onions and sour cream! Sooo good! Try it!

To make this Taco Casserole, you will need the following ingredients:

2 lbs lean ground beef

2 cups elbow macaroni

1 chopped onion

1 (10.75 oz) can condensed tomato soup

1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes

1 (1.25 oz) taco seasoning mix

4 oz shredded cheese (I used cheddarella)

2 cups crushed tortilla chips

sour cream

green onions (chopped)


In a large pan, cook ground beef and onions

Stir in tomato soup,

diced tomatoes,

And taco seasoning.

Stir to combine.

Add macaroni.

Spoon mixture into a 9×13 baking dish.

Sprinkle with crushed tortilla chips,

and top with grated cheese. Bake in a pre heated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Garnish with green onion, sour cream and DON’T FORGET the



Crock Pot Turkey Breast!

I Love Thanksgiving! Sometimes I just dream of turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy. Then I think of how much work it is to put on a Thanksgiving spread. Well a new day is here! Thanksgiving in a SNAP!! Just use your crock pot and a few other short cuts, and you are on your way to a turkey feast anytime of the year!

To make this easy crock pot Turkey recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

1 Turkey breast

1 tbls butter

1 pkg onion soup mix

Take your turkey breast and rub butter all over and under skin. Next rub onion soup mix all over meat. Cook on High for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.

That’s it!!!

Serve with mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing and vegetables!

Easy Chicken Teriyaki Recipe!

My family loves this Chicken Teriyaki dish! I love it because it’s pretty easy! I use chicken thighs, so it’s cost effective too!

To make this Chicken Teriyaki Recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon cold water
1/2 cup sugar, Granulated
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
6 chicken thighs

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees

In a small saucepan, combine 1 tbls cornstarch,

1 tbls water,

1/2 cup sugar,

1/2 cup soy sauce,

1 clove of garlic minced,

1/2 tsp ground ginger,

1/4 tsp black pepper, and mix well.

Bring mixture to a simmer, stirring frequently until sauce is thick and bubbly. Brush Chicken thighs with mixture and bake in pre-heated oven for 30 minutes brushing with sauce every 10 minutes.

Turn chicken and bake an additional 30 minutes brushing with sauce every 10 min.

Serve with rice.
