Niki’s Pimento Cheese Bread Recipe!

Pimento Cheese? Bread? Butter? Count me in!
Pimento cheese is a “Southern Delight”. If you grew up there, you know what I’m talking about, If you’ve never heard of it, let me introduce you to a versatile snack! Pimento cheese is most commonly served as a spread on crackers, but in some places you can find it in sandwiches or as toppings for things like hot dogs and hamburgers! I am from Southern California, and this is my rendition of Pimento Cheese!!

To make this festive and filling Pimento cheese bread recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

1 crusty loaf of bread

1 stick of butter softened

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon sour cream

2 cloves garlic minced

1 cup chopped green onion

1 (2oz) jar pimentos

16 oz chedderella (I just love that name!!)


Start by slicing the bread in half.


In a med sized bowl add softened butter,


garlic,


sour cream,


mayo,


pimentos,


green onion,

and cheese. Mix to combine.

Spread evenly on bread. Broil in a pre-heated oven until golden and bubbly!

Evil Biscuits Recipe!

This biscuits are EVIL with a capital E! They are copy cats of Red Lobster biscuits, so you know you are in trouble! These buttery biscuits are sooooo bad, they’re GOOD!


To make these Evil biscuits, you will need the following ingredients:

4 cups baking mix (Bisquick)
3 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/3 cups water

1/2 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon dried parsley

In a large bowl combine flour,

water,

and cheese.

Mix well to combine.

Using a scoop or large spoon, drop mixture onto prepared sheet. Bake in a pre-heated 375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.

In a seperate bowl while the biscuits are baking, add butter,

garlic powder,

onion powder,

salt,

and parsley. Microwave for 30 seconds, or until melted.

Brush melted butter mixture over hot biscuits.

The Best Blueberry Muffin Recipe!

I LOVE this muffin recipe! It is my favorite!
One, because it tastes great and two, because it’s really easy!



To make this delicious blueberry muffin recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 tsp salt

2 tsp baking powder

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 egg

1/3 cup milk

1 cup fresh blueberries

1/2 cup sugar

1/3 cup all purpose flour

1/4 cup butter, cubed

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon


In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of flour,


3/4 cup of sugar,


baking powder,


and salt.


In a seperate bowl combine 1/2 cup sugar,


1/3 cup flour,


cinnamon,


and butter.


Cut butter into mixture until it resembles clumpy sand.


In a measuring cup, measure 1/3 cup oil.


Add the egg,

now add milk to the 1 cup line.

mix to combine.

Slowly add the egg mixture to the flour mixture.

Stir until well combined.

Fold in the blueberries.

Fill baking cups full with mixture.

Top with crumb mixture. Bake in a pre-heated 400 degree oven for 20 – 25 minutes.

Banana Brown Sugar Muffins!

To make these muffins, you will need the following ingredients:

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1tsp baking soda

1tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

3 bananas mashed

3/4 cup sugar

1 egg

1/3 cup butter melted

1/3 cup packed brown sugar

2 tbs flour

1/8 tsp cinnamon

1 tbs butter


Line muffin tin with 10 baking cups.


In a large bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups flour,


baking soda,


baking powder,


and salt.


Mix well and set aside.


In another bowl mash bananas,


add sugar,


egg,


and melted butter. Mix to combine.


Pour banana mixture into flour mixture.


Stir until batter is moistened.


Fill cups.


In a small bowl add packed brown sugar,


2 tablespoons of flour,


cinnamon,


and butter.


Using a pastry cutter or knife, cut butter into dry ingredients until mixture is the consistency of gravel.


Sprinkle crumb mixture over muffin batter.

Bake in a 375 degree pre-heated oven for 18-20 min.

(Muffins and Bundt cakes are always better the next day!)

Homemade Garlic Herb Crouton Recipe

Don’t throw out that old bread, Make croutons! Here’s a simple recipe you can make with bread you may ordinarily throw out.

To make this recipe you will need the following ingredients:

3 tbs butter melted
3 tbs olive oil
6-7 slices of bread cubed
(I like to use homemade but regular loaf bread works just as well!)
1 rounded tsp garlic powder
1 rounded tsp dried parsley

Combine melted butter, olive oil, parsley and garlic powder.

Pour butter mixture over bread cubes and mix well.

Spread the seasoned bread cubes evenly on a baking sheet. (I use a Silpat, but I use one for everything!)

Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.


After 15 minutes has passed, turn croutons and continue to bake for an additional 15 minutes.

When your croutons are done, they will be light and crunchy! Serve them with your favorite salad dressing or use them in a stuffing recipe!

Store in an air-tight container for weeks!!

Garlic Bread recipe with a secret ingredient!

What makes a great garlic bread? I would say it’s the crispy crunch of the toasted bread combined with the greasy (but not too greasy) taste of melted butter and garlic. But there is one more ingredient in MY garlic bread that you may be surprised with….Mayonnaise!!!!

Here’s Garlic Bread Niki’s way!

You will need the following ingredients :

1 loaf french bread

1/2 cup butter (softened)

1 tbs garlic powder

1 tbs dried parsley
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Start by slicing a crusty french loaf in half.

Ok, yes you caught me! I ate the ends off the bread! I couldn’t help myself, it was still warm!

Next, combine all ingredients until smooth. (make sure your butter is soft and smooth before you incorporate it into the other ingredients)

Spread the mixture across the bread. Use it all!

Now put the two halves together and wrap them in aluminum foil. Bake in a pre heated 350 degree oven for 20 min.
After baking covered for 20 minutes, turn your oven to broil and open the foil.
(Careful! The bread will be hot!) Broil for about 5 minutes or so, but keep a careful watch! oven temperatures vary.

The result is a crunchy, buttery, smooth and tasty garlic bread your family will enjoy!
