Easy Chicken Teriyaki Recipe!


My family loves this Chicken Teriyaki dish! I love it because it’s pretty easy! I use chicken thighs, so it’s cost effective too!


To make this Chicken Teriyaki Recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon cold water
1/2 cup sugar, Granulated
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
6 chicken thighs

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees


In a small saucepan, combine 1 tbls cornstarch,


1 tbls water,

1/2 cup sugar,

1/2 cup soy sauce,

1 clove of garlic minced,


1/2 tsp ground ginger,

1/4 tsp black pepper, and mix well.

Bring mixture to a simmer, stirring frequently until sauce is thick and bubbly. Brush Chicken thighs with mixture and bake in pre-heated oven for 30 minutes brushing with sauce every 10 minutes.

Turn chicken and bake an additional 30 minutes brushing with sauce every 10 min.


Serve with rice.
