What could be a better dessert for St. Patrick’s Day?!? Green Velvet Cupcakes!!
A delicious and easy recipe for corned beef and cabbage in the crockpot!
2-3 cups mayo
25 raw almonds, chopped
2 Tbls dried parsley, flaked
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Serve on a sweet bread like Hawaiian or raisin nut.
(Not raisin cinnamon, yuck!) or on a bed of fresh green lettuce.
To make this super healthy, low calorie sandwich, you will need the following ingredients:
2 slices of whole grain whole wheat bread
orange bell pepper diced
red onion thinly sliced
thinly sliced tomato
1 slice soy cheese (American flavor)
thinly sliced cucumber
lettuce (I use red leaf)
(all ingredients are to taste, so I didn’t give measurements)
There is a specific order in which I layer the ingredients. It helps keep EVERYTHING together!!
Start by adding mustard to your bread. Mustard has zero calories, so go for it!
Now on one slice of bread add your bell pepper,

To make this delicious Fettucine Alfredo Recipe, You will need the following ingredients:
3 tbls butter
8 oz (1 cup) heavy cream
1/4 tsp salt
Fresh grated nutmeg
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
1 egg yolk
Start by melting the butter in a med saucepan.
Slowly add cream and whisk until combined.
Using a microplane, grate some fresh nutmeg into the butter and cream.

Stir in about a tablespoon of parsley.
Add sauce to cooked pasta. Add chicken or shrimp if you like!

1 16 oz pkg of penne pasta
2 tbls olive oil
2 zucchinis diced
1 bell pepper (I use red)
2 carrots diced
3 onions diced
3 cloves garlic minced
2-3 tomatoes diced
1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add Gouda. Stir to combine ingredients and melt Gouda.
Toss in cooked pasta
I love tiramisu, and this recipe is an easy crowd pleaser! I add a little Kahlua for some extra wow!
To make this Easy Tiramisu Recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
1 4oz pkg cream cheese softened
1 1/4 cup cold milk
1 pkg (4 serving) Vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
2 pkgs (3 oz each) lady fingers (Trader Joes always carries them)
1 cup brewed coffee cooled
1 tub thawed cool whip
2 shots Kahlua
Start by adding the softened cream cheese to a large bowl.
Add the pudding mix,
and the milk.
Beat, Beat Beat it! Make sure there are NO LUMPS.
Add the Kahlua and mix to combine.
Pour the coffee into a shallow dish, dip the lady fingers in the coffee.
Start the first layer of the tiramisu.
Spoon some of the pudding mixture for the second layer of the tiramisu.
Now a layer of cool whip. Continue the layers until you are out of ingredients.
On the last layer, I pipe the cool whip on top to create a pretty dessert!
Finish with some Cocoa powder or shaved chocolate.
